Income: $1,000 booked by Sep 10, then $1,000/month recurring
What's different from the Aug 22 version you first saw
| Was (Aug 22) | Now (Aug 23) | |
|---|---|---|
| Goal | first money before Sep 20; $1k/mo recurring "eventually"; 5 h/week | $1k booked by Sep 10, then recurring; ~10 h/week Aug 26–Sep 10, 5 h/week after |
| Hourly work | an "insurance lane" of $4–8/h gigs was proposed for a guaranteed-something | none — rejected by him; fixed-price builds only |
| VOC engineering (Aug 24, his 4h window) | messages written from frameworks; 50% upfront from client 4; 4-part filter; demos for every brief | 100+ verbatim buyer quotes mined → every message element answers a documented kill → 10-prospect hostile panel (6/8 gift accepts — both rejections were filter errors; 1/6 paid ≤14d; targets hold at the honest middle). Deposits corrected to 30/70; filter v2 adds must-control-embeds; screenshot-before-link in DMs; bounded "one fix pass"; demos only where they can genuinely run |
| Human layer | implicit | new section: one pushed action/day, zero daily decisions, sends as the only daily metric (9-in-10 silence = base rate, printed), slips cost nothing, planning frozen — changes only on reply data at tripwires |
| Fable eval (Aug 24) | 50% upfront for everyone · day 1 = profiles + Looms + reply · 5 free questions for anyone who asks · price as the differentiator | clients 1–3 pay-to-release (built watermarked, file on payment) · day 1 = ONE 20-min hand reply · preview Q1 live / Q2–5 blurred · 5 pre-built samples for creators passing a 4-part future-payer filter · bids in-band $450–650, mini-demo attached · odds stated: ~35–45% for $1k by Sep 10; base case $1,000–2,000 from 2–4 briefs |
| Channel | Upwork primary, 8 proposals every Sunday | n8n Jobs + Make Hire-a-Pro + Skool hub first; Reddit at $0 in parallel; Upwork only in the recurring phase (54 sources) |
| Offer | $80–150 wedge / $300–800 build / $100–250 retainer (ranges, no proof) | $149 Sprint with 5 free questions before payment · $497 Kit anchor · $99/mo Module-a-Month; single prices, 50% upfront, conditional guarantee |
| Your work | you filter boards and write 8 proposals a week by hand | the radar finds, filters, drafts every 10 min; you edit one line and click send |
| Radar | did not exist | new: Reddit RSS day 1 (2 h), n8n RSS +20 min, Upwork official MCP week 2; ≈ 10 h to build, ≈ $3/month |
| Spend & rules | $50–100 connects cap; no CRM, no courses, no ads, no remote job | spend follows fit — connects on ≥80-fit Upwork posts from week 1 (~$50 sprint cap), API ≈ $3/mo; no courses/ads/scrapers because none buys a reply; remote gig = Sep 5 backstop |
| Downside | not addressed | bounded by design: no unpaid work past a 20-min preview, 50% upfront, radar-driven volume, Sep 5 backstop — floor near-certain, target ambitious |
| Open questions | 3 open | 0 open — your four answers are decisions: lane A tool-agnostic first, your personal Reddit account, API yes (key outside the workspace), Signal board yes |
| Unchanged | assets and gaps (one correction: you have charged for tutoring) · skills table (one row added: n8n literacy) · "paid builds are course reps" · the Aug 30 / Sep 5 tripwire shape | |
Every section header below carries a pill: new changed unchanged
Fixed-price builds only — no hourly work. Two lanes, both cold, run from the same 10-minute radar: (A) reply to briefs already posted with money — n8n Jobs, Make "Hire a Pro", Skool's hiring board — quoted in-band ($450–650), never undercutting the thread, with the first three clients on build-first / pay-to-release (the work is built watermarked on his hosting; the file and embed release on payment) because a zero-review seller's binding constraint is credibility and his surplus is build speed; (B) five pre-built samples — a finished quiz from a hand-picked course creator's own public lesson, sent as a gift with no ask — plus Reddit and ≥80-fit Upwork posts. Unpaid work is capped by design (~13 h total) and every unpaid piece becomes a named portfolio case. Skills for StudyFix come along for free — they are not the point this month.
What is certain: no money can be lost, and unpaid work is capped by design at ~13 h (three pay-to-release builds + five samples) — each unpaid piece stays his and becomes a named portfolio case, so even the worst case ends with assets, not a burn. The odds, stated (red-team estimate, 2026-08-24): base case is 2–4 in-band briefs won from ~40–50 radar-drafted replies at an assumed 5–10% hire rate → $1,000–2,000 booked; two briefs alone clear the $1k; probability of hitting $1k by Sep 10 ≈ 35–45% with these fixes (was lower with 50%-upfront-for-all and the bid-low posture). Certainty of being paid on a cold start cannot be bought without hourly work or a warm market — both excluded — so the plan does not claim it. $1,000/month recurring is a month-3 outcome (~10 continuity clients at $99). Payoneer lags booking by 2–5 days.
Sep 10 is a checkpoint, not a verdict — his commitment, 2026-08-23: "if I don't get it by the 10th I'll keep going." On the 10th: count what's booked, adjust price/niche from what the replies said, and keep the lanes running at 5 h/week. The sprint hours end; the goal doesn't. Nothing in this plan stops on the 11th, and no report scores a sub-$1k Sep 10 as failure — the number gets stated plainly and the next two weeks get planned from it.
What the 18 days look like changed
Today, Aug 24 — ONE act, 20 minutes, while the course runs. Open the n8n Jobs board, pick one live brief the portfolio actually proves (single-file tool, interactive page, dashboard, Telegram bot, quiz funnel), reply by hand: their ask in their words, a live demo link, an in-band fixed price. Nothing else is his today — the red team's verdict is that the plan dies here or nowhere (day 1 collides with D9–D10 at 12 h/day, and the last outreach system shipped 1 send). The radar build is Claude's hours, not his.
Aug 26, D10 done (~3 h). Profiles live (n8n, Make, Skool, his Reddit, Upwork-passive), two 60-second Looms (sf-design.pages.dev + the Telegram stack), radar goes live, the npx n8n evening (scheduled now, not an Aug 30 fallback), and sample #1 of the free lane ships.
Every tick from Aug 26. The radar pulls new posts from the n8n Jobs RSS, the Make hire-a-pro category, and r/forhire + r/slavelabour feeds; filters by keywords, budget, age <24 h; scores against the offer; drafts a reply that opens with the matching live demo link and a fixed price; writes it to C:\Users\BYJar\Desktop\workspace\freelance\radar\drafts\YYYY-MM-DD.md; texts him "3 ready → path". He reads, edits one line, pastes, sends. Ten minutes.
One evening mid-week, 3–4 h. The brief he won: 50% paid to Payoneer, one-page spec confirmed async, direct Claude Code to build it, verify it himself, deploy, 2-minute Loom handoff, invoice the second 50%. That session is a course rep with a stranger's deadline on it.
Sunday 21:00, 1 h. Weekly r/forhire [For Hire] post (one per 7 days is the rule) with the PDF-to-Quiz Sprint, and 5 DMs to course creators on Skool/Kajabi communities. This is lane B — slower, and the one that compounds into Module-a-Month.
Objective and done criteria changed
Objective. $1,000 USD booked (paid upfront or milestone-funded) by Sep 10, 2026, from cold buyers only, at ~10 h/week Aug 26–Sep 10; then $1,000/month recurring at ~5 h/week by ~Nov 10. Spend $0 until a channel has produced a reply. Warm market (NGU, doctors, family) untouched. Every paid build is a 120 h-course rep.
| Done when | Evidence | By |
|---|---|---|
| One hand reply to one live board brief — the whole of day 1 | reply timestamped on the board | today, Aug 24 |
Radar live, profiles live, 2 Looms, sample #1 sent, npx n8n evening done | one tick → ≥1 draft in freelance\radar\drafts\ + Telegram pointer | Aug 26 |
| ≥20 replies/proposals out | count in freelance\radar\drafts\ marked sent | Aug 30 |
| First money booked | 50% upfront in Payoneer / USD account | target Sep 2 |
| $1,000 booked | sum of upfronts + funded milestones | Sep 10 |
| ≥10 continuity clients ⇒ ≥$1,000/month | monthly invoices paid in one month | ~Nov 10 |
Non-goals. No warm-market outreach. No auto-submission anywhere (Upwork bans it; detection is behavioural). No spend that doesn't map to a sent proposal or a paid tool the radar needs. No discovery calls — async only, one form, one Loom. No "I build any app" positioning.
Constraints, as stated changed
| Constraint | Value | Source |

| Target | $1k booked by Sep 10 (one-off fine), then $1k/month recurring | his words, 2026-08-23 |

| Capital | $1,500 total, earmarked for Step 1 / residency. "I don't need to be doing a $0 rule — it just has to be worth it." Courses, ads, tools, a remote job: all allowed if the money provably comes back | his words, 2026-08-22/23 |
| Market | Cold only. NGU students, doctors, family reserved for tutoring + the app "because it's my reputation" | his words, 2026-08-22 |
| His work | "Have Claude actually finish my work for me" — finding and drafting is the system's; he clicks send. Systems are fine "as long as it's not a whole business to learn" | his words, 2026-08-23 |
| Rails | Payoneer, PayPal, USD bank account. Payoneer → EGP ≈ 8.5% all-in, 2–5 days (2026); PayPal Egypt is card-only with a 30-day hold — use Payoneer or the USD account | his answer; cenoa.com 2026, grey.co 2026 |
| Calendar | 120 h course D10 = Aug 25, Module M after, re-entries Aug 28 / Sep 1; Year 4 ~Sep 20 with a 2.5–3 h daily commute | victor\MEMORY.md L78–87 · _briefings\agent\MEMORY.md L13–21 |
| Failure mode | Builds systems, ships 0–1 units; starting is the bottleneck. His fix: the system does the starting | _briefings\agent\MEMORY.md L49–62 |

The offer new
Designed by the offer agent from Hormozi's $100M Offers + Money Models (public sources) against the market above. The earlier draft rate card scored 3/10: price ranges, no proof mechanism for a zero-review seller, hosting sold as continuity.
| Tier | Price | What they get | Mechanic |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sprint — "The 48-Hour PDF-to-Quiz Sprint" | $149 | One PDF → one self-grading, phone-ready, branded interactive page embedded in their platform with one line; editable question block (no lock-in); 12-month hosting; 2-min Loom handoff; 48-h fix window | Preview: Q1 fully interactive, Q2–5 visible but blurred — proof without a harvestable product; the file releases on payment. Guarantee (rewritten): "works in your platform's embed — or a hosted link + button where embeds are blocked — and on your phone, within 48 h of my receiving the PDF, or the milestone is refunded." Honest scarcity: 8 slots before Sep 10, counted truthfully. |
| First Module Free — the samples lane | $0 · 5 only · ~45 min each | A finished quiz built from a hand-picked creator's own PUBLIC lesson, sent live as a gift, no ask attached. Filter v2 (all five required): sells a paid course ≥$100 · audience ≥2k · posted ≤30 days · exam-prep niche · controls their embeds (Teachable/Kajabi/Thinkific/Skool/Podia/own site — never Udemy-only or SCORM/LMS-dependent buyers; both panel rejections were exactly these). Day-3 follow-up: Kit at $348 (sample counts as rollover) → $99/mo downsell → "may I use it as a portfolio case?" | Every sample returns money or a named case study; none returns zero. Cap: week 1 only, ~4 h; not renewed unless ≥1 converts. The honesty line that disarms "what's the catch": "I'm building my portfolio in [niche]" — true. |
| Kit — "Course Engagement Kit" | $497 | 3 tools across 3 modules + a course-wide progress tracker, 7 days, one consolidated fix round | Shown first as the anchor; the $149 Sprint rolls over into it within 14 days |
| Module-a-Month | $99/mo founding (first 10), then $149 | One new interactive tool from one new module each month + fixes + hosting | Setup fee waived within 7 days of delivery; join bonus: searchable course index; quarterly prepay $249. Cap 12 clients ≈ 18 h/month |
| Board brief (lane A) | in-band: $450–650, single fixed price — never the lowest bid in the thread | Only briefs the portfolio proves (single-file tools, interactive pages, dashboards, Telegram bots, quiz funnels; n8n-specific after the Aug 26 evening) — with a hand-built 20-minute mini-demo of the day's top brief attached to the reply. Nobody in a 50-reply thread does that. | Clients 1–3: build-first / pay-to-release — "$0 to start; you pay when it works on your phone; until then it runs on my hosting" (max ~3 h at risk each, artifact stays his). Direct clients #4+: 30% start / 70% on release — the burned-buyer data prices stranger deposits at 20–33%, so 50% was too high. On-platform: funded escrow milestone, release after their check. Mini-demos only for briefs that can genuinely run (quiz / page / dashboard); automation briefs get a text reply — the panel's board buyer caught a mock UI as not-his-integration. A far-lowest bid from a zero-review profile reads "offshore template farm" — differentiate on the demo and the 48 h, never on price. |
The offer agent's buyer is course creators (portfolio fit; monthly modules = natural continuity). The market agent found the boards with money posting today want automations, landing pages and quiz funnels ($5–400 single workflows, $100 landing page, $2,000 quiz game, $450–650 forum flat quotes); course-tool demand on boards is thin (2 posts). Resolution: lane A — the offer's mechanics applied to whatever the brief asks for — books the $1,000 by Sep 10; lane B — the PDF-to-Quiz Sprint sold by DM and weekly Reddit post to course creators — is slower and is the one that compounds into Module-a-Month. Both run in the same weekly slot, fed by the same radar. Not two businesses.
The final messages — engineered from 100+ verbatim buyer quotes, survived a 10-prospect hostile panel (2026-08-24)
CREATOR GIFT (email/forum; if DM is the only channel: SCREENSHOT before link — cold links in
DMs sit unclicked for days):
Subj: built a quiz from "[exact lesson title]"
Hi [Name] — I turned your free lesson "[exact lesson title]" into a self-grading quiz your
students can run on their phones: [screenshot] [link]. It's yours either way — embed it with
one line, or ignore this and nothing happens. The catch, plainly: I'm building a portfolio
in [niche] and your lesson was good enough to build from. If any answer's off, say so — one
fix pass, same day, on me. — Betra · [portfolio]
BOARD REPLY (2–6h after the post, never 5 minutes — instant replies read as bots):
Read your brief twice — you want [their ask, their words, incl. one detail buried mid-post].
I built a rough working cut before writing this so you can judge instead of trust: [demo].
If it's close: $[in-band] fixed — spec you approve day 1, live day 7, one revision. I'm new
on this board, so the trade is honest: I build first, you pay when it works in your hands.
One thing your post doesn't say: [spec question]?
(if passed over:) Fair call — the demo stays live either way; if anything changes, it's a
7-day turnaround.
DAY-3 FOLLOW-UP (once, ever; must carry NEW work, never a bump):
One more thing on the [Module] quiz — I added shuffle + a score screen. Same link, updated.
If the rest of the course is worth doing: $497 flat, 7 days; the sample counts, so $348.
If not, no reply needed — genuinely fine. And if you're keeping it free — okay if I show it
as a work sample?
NEVER WRITE: "I hope this finds you well" · "I came across your course and was really
impressed" · "Are you struggling with student engagement?" — clients run AI-traps in job
posts and a third of applicants fail them; templated openers are auto-death.
NEVER CLAIM: completion, engagement, refund reduction, revenue — unguaranteeable outcome
claims pattern-match to the hype these buyers were burned by. Sell the artifact.
Pitch lines, one per documented pain: quiz-builder limits → "Your platform's quiz tool stops at multiple choice — this is a real question bank with shuffle, images, and explanations, embedded with one line." · manual question-typing → "Send the PDF or CSV; you never type a question." · Articulate's $1,500/yr → "What you wanted Storyline for, minus the price and the learning curve." · Skool's missing LMS → "The quiz layer Skool says isn't coming." · tech overwhelm → "One embed line. I test it in your platform before you touch it." · SCORM honesty when asked: "No SCORM — single embed file; if you need LMS reporting, I'm the wrong tool."
Objections: "No reviews" → preview built before payment, 20 live tools, you release payment after it works. "Works in Kajabi/Teachable/Skool?" → single HTML file, one embed line, tested in your platform or refund. "Why not Articulate/Quizlet/ChatGPT?" → Articulate 360 is $1,449/yr plus weeks; Quizlet carries its own branding; ChatGPT drafts questions but doesn't ship a tested, embedded page in 48 h. Don't: $997-value bonus stacks, fake countdowns, unconditional refunds (Upwork arbitration $337.50/side), Hormozi vocabulary in proposals, "I build any app", discovery calls, free-giveaway posts on Reddit (spam-banned — the free preview is the giveaway, 1:1).

The job radar new

| Call | recommended: Sonnet 5 drafts, Haiku 4.5 scores, structured JSON output, template + portfolio map cached. Needs his explicit yes (Open Question 4) and a key at %APPDATA%\Signal\anthropic_key.txt | fallback if he declines: 3/day radar sub-cap, batched per tick — slower, starves the passes |
Build & run. Day 1 ≈ 2 h → drafts the same evening; n8n +0.3 h; API drafting 1 h; Freelancer 1.5 h; PPH 0.5 h; Make 0.3 h; HN 0.5 h; Upwork MCP 3 h; list tuning ~1 h/week for two weeks. ≈ 10 h of directing over two weeks, nothing to learn. Running: API ≈ $2–3/month; feeds $0; Upwork Connects only when he clicks (≈ $18 for 20 sends, or Freelancer Plus $19.99 = 100); PC on, already true for Signal. Stays manual: every send, every login/OAuth consent, buying Connects, Fiverr Briefs, community browsing, the template, ticking sent.
Radar risks. Bans → reads only, under his own consent, no scraper/extension/cookie scripts; Upwork scoring by his config rules, submission in Upwork's UI. Duplicates → id + normalized-title hash, 7-day expiry, cross-posts collapse, a ticked box is permanent. Stale → hard 24 h filter, age in every block header, blocks older than 48 h drop. Silent tick death → this substrate has five silent-death incidents on file, so failure must be LOUD: one line added to the existing watchers.py — drafts file untouched by 12:00, or a zero-fetch tick → a Telegram text; proven at build time by simulating a zero-fetch tick. Bad drafts → sentence 1 must be the buyer's exact ask, one fixed price + 48 h; a draft he wouldn't send is a filter bug. Volume honesty → relevant-per-day figures are text-match counts; expect 2–6 sendable drafts/day at first; count sends only.
Decisions changed
Speed to first dollar for a zero-history seller is the deciding criterion for Sep 10; posted briefs with flat quotes answered in days beat a platform where the typical first job takes 30–170 proposals. Upwork still gets a profile today (free, history accrues) and becomes the recurring-phase primary, with a paid monitor only after a channel has converted.
Both forks converged: a zero-review seller's binding constraint is perceived likelihood, and his one surplus is build speed. So: clients 1–3 get build-first / pay-to-release (watermarked, on his hosting, file on payment — max ~3 h at risk each); board bids sit in-band at $450–650, never lowest-in-thread; the day's top brief gets a hand-built 20-minute mini-demo attached; five filtered creators get a finished free sample with no ask. From client 4, 50% upfront returns. Never unconditional refunds; ranges stay banned.
The red team's weakest link: him not sending in the first 72 h — day 1 collides with the course at 12 h/day, and the last outreach system shipped 1 send. So today is exactly one hand reply to one live board brief; everything else (radar, profiles, Looms, samples, npx n8n) is Claude's work or moves to Aug 26. The radar marks exactly ONE "send this first" per day — never a menu.
No $0 rule. A dollar is spent where it buys a reply: Upwork connects on posts the radar scores ≥80 from week 1 (~$1–2.40 per proposal, ~$50 sprint cap — the $2,000 quiz-game kind of post); Freelancer Plus ($19.99 = 100 connects) only once Upwork has converted; a self-hosted npx n8n is free. Not bought: courses (the skill is covered and the reps are the job), ads (no validated offer to put money behind), scrapers/monitors (ToS-banned, ban risk is the expensive part). Every spend line in the ledger carries the proposal it paid for.
His ask: "a surefire way… not more failure." There is no surefire cold start; what this plan does is cap the failure modes that burned him before. No unpaid work past a 20-minute preview; 50% upfront before a spec; volume produced by the radar, not by willpower; and the Sep 5 backstop — a paid remote gig at any rate, the roles that hire in 2–5 days — so Sep 10 cannot end at zero. Floor: money on the board by Sep 10, near-certain. Target: $1,000, ambitious.
It removes the exact step that killed the last four systems (him going to the tool). One Python step on a tick that already runs, one markdown file, one Telegram pointer — not a business to learn. No CRM beyond freelance\radar\drafts\ unless volume demands it.
Each build is the course's spec → direct → verify → ship loop with a client deadline attached. Victor coaches, never builds (victor\MEMORY.md L8–11); how Victor logs them is his call.
Fixed-price builds only. An "insurance lane" of $4–8/h setter/VA gigs was proposed as a guaranteed-something and rejected — it is the opposite of working as little as possible. The only hourly-shaped thing left is the Sep 5 backstop below, last resort, and he can strike that too.
If nothing has paid by Sep 5, take any paid one-off that books before Sep 10, then return to builds. Booked money is the metric, not the rate. Strike this line if a zero is preferable to an hourly one-off.
What money buys, and what it doesn't
| Spend | Cost | What it is expected to return | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|
| Claude API for radar drafting/scoring | ≈ $3/mo | 20+ drafted replies a week without his hours — the whole volume lever | yes, approved |
| Upwork connects on ≥80-fit posts (via the official feed) | ~$1–2.40 each, ~$50 sprint cap | a shot at the $2,000-quiz-game kind of post; low odds per proposal for a new profile, but each dollar maps to one sent proposal and the radar wrote it | yes, from day 3 |
Self-hosted n8n (npx n8n) | $0 | opens n8n-specific briefs if the Aug 30 tripwire fires | free |
| Freelancer Plus / Upwork Boost | $19.99/mo / extra connects | only pays if Upwork is already converting | not until a reply |
| Vollna / Upwex / scrapers | $10–49/mo | a banned account — the expensive part | never |
| A course | $50–500 | nothing this month: the build skill is covered by the 120 h course and the reps are the paid work itself | no |
| Ads | any | no validated offer to put money behind yet; revisit when the Sprint has 3 paying clients | not yet |
The human layer new
Built from the documented failure mechanics, not generic advice: bad days start with no plan → deciding → scrolling; systems that require him to go to them die; the last outreach system shipped 1 send; mood follows action; re-explaining and nagging are named time sinks.
| Failure mechanic (on file) | Design answer |
|---|---|
| Starting is the bottleneck — anything he must remember to open dies | Push, never pull: the Telegram ping arrives with ONE pre-drafted action ("send this first"). The cost of starting is edit-one-line-and-paste — deliberately smaller than any mood. The radar never presents a menu. |
| Decision fatigue — ambiguity detonates the day | Zero decisions inside the daily 10 minutes: the price is fixed by the band, the template fixes the reply shape, the radar picks the brief. Every decision was made here, once. |
| Silence reads as verdict — burned before; 9 quiet replies could end the sprint emotionally in week 1 | The rejection math is printed where he sees it: at a 5–10% hire rate, 9 silences in 10 IS the plan working. The number that gets tracked, reported, and congratulated is sends — the only number he fully controls. Wins are counted when they land; they are never the daily metric. |
| A slipped day becomes a spiral | A missed day costs nothing structural: the radar keeps stacking, and the next ping says "send this first" — never "you missed yesterday." No nagging, no moralizing, ever (Signal's standing rule: name the task, never him). The floor for any day is one send; one send = not a failure. |
| Witness effect works on him | The evening brief reports one number daily — "sends: N" — from the ticked boxes in the drafts file. No new tracker, no streak app; the file he already touches is the record. |
| Planning as avoidance — four polished, unused systems on file; his own words: "I don't want to overplan" | Planning freeze: this document is finished today. It changes only on reply data at the tripwires (Aug 30 / Sep 5 / Sep 10 checkpoint) — never on a new idea. New ideas go to freelance\LEDGER.md as one line and wait for a tripwire. More planning before the first send is procrastination with good aesthetics. |
Skills to learn now — provisional scoring unchanged
Provisional My judgment, 2026-08-22/23. The Skills agent runs after the sprint pieces and replaces this with a sourced version against the course syllabus (C:\Users\BYJar\Desktop\workspace\victor\course\index.html, D1 "JavaScript, all of it" → D10, Module M) and victor\FEEDBACK.md.
| Skill | End goal /10 | $ now /10 | Course covers | Learned on this path | When |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Directing Claude Code + catching false greens | 10 | 9 | D4–D10 | every build | now |
| Scoping a brief into a one-page spec | 9 | 9 | partial (D9–D10) | every client | now |
| Offer design + reply copy | 8 | 9 | Module M, pricing only | every reply | now |
| Pricing / packaging | 7 | 8 | Module M partial | yes | now |
| Customer discovery | 8 | 5 | no | every client | now |
| TS / Next.js / Supabase literacy | 8 | 4 | D1–D5 | partial | now, via the course |
| Prompt / pipeline / eval design | 9 | 3 | D6–D8 | no | now, via the course |
| n8n/Make literacy (to bid on tool-specific briefs) | 4 | 7 | no | yes, if chosen below | one evening, optional |
| UX eye | 7 | 6 | The Eye | yes | running |
| Distribution (content, SEO, community) | 8 | 2 | no | no | later |

Execution on approval changed
| # | Step | Output |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Fold the radar design in; carry all three agent reports verbatim into the deliverable doc | C:\Users\BYJar\Desktop\workspace\plans\INCOME_1K_2026-08-22.md + one line in plans\INDEX.md |
| 2 | Build the radar by directing Claude Code: one Python step on the existing relay tick → n8n RSS + Make JSON + Reddit RSS → filter/score → draft from the offer template → freelance\radar\drafts\ → Telegram pointer. Day 1 = Reddit RSS + n8n RSS (≈2.3 h); Freelancer/PPH/Make/HN over week 1; Upwork MCP week 2. Verified by running one tick by hand. | ≥1 scored post + draft on the first tick |
| 3 | Profiles live (n8n, Make, Skool, Reddit, Upwork-passive), ≤2 h total; two 60-second Looms recorded in one take each | links in the doc |
| 4 | Hour-zero, today: one 20-minute hand reply to one live board brief — the radar is not a prerequisite and nothing else is his today | one reply timestamped on a board |
| 5 | Saturday goals: the doc hands him one goal line — "$1k booked by Sep 10" — and its first physical action; Signal writes nothing | his call on _briefings\agent\WEEKLY_GOALS.md |
| 6 | Skills agent runs (not on the Sep 10 critical path); its table replaces the provisional one | sourced skill table in the doc |
Risks changed
| Risk | Mitigation |
|---|---|
| Board competition — 19–96 replies per n8n thread | reply within the hour of posting (the radar's job) with a live demo link and a single fixed price; most replies are generic |
| Tool mismatch — n8n/Make briefs want the build in those tools; he uses Claude Code | take tool-agnostic briefs first ("flat fee, just make it work"); Claude Code authors n8n workflow JSON, tested on a free self-hosted npx n8n — about one evening to a first working flow (Open Question 1) |
| Reddit — karma gates, scams, rule bans | karma-warm from Aug 24; one [For Hire] per 7 days; PayPal G&S or 50% upfront only; never free-giveaway posts |
| No escrow on direct deals | 50% upfront before the spec is written; second 50% before handoff of the editable file |
| Payout friction | Payoneer → EGP ≈ 8.5% all-in; keep USD in Payoneer/USD account, convert only what's needed |
| Course and Year 4 collision | D10 is Aug 25; sprint starts Aug 26; builds are course reps; after Sep 20 hours drop to 5/week and continuity carries the target |
| The radar becomes the fifth unshipped system | it is built in one session, verified on one tick, and reply #1 goes out the same day by hand regardless |

Verification changed
- Radar: one tick run by hand produces ≥1 scored post and a draft in
freelance\radar\drafts\plus a Telegram pointer; nothing is submitted by software. - Day 1: reply #1 timestamped on a board. Aug 30: ≥20 out. Sep 5: tripwire checked against paid $, acted on the same day.
- Week-1 assumption tests (from the engineering pass): (1) gift accepts — 5 samples sent, count by day 3, <3/5 = fix the filter before touching the message; (2) board pay-to-release — 10 replies, 0 responses by Aug 30 = the demo or brief-fit is the problem, not the price; (3) mini-demo time — first two time-boxed, >35 min each = demo only the day's top quiz/page/dashboard brief, text-reply the rest.
- Sep 10 — checkpoint: booked $ counted and stated plainly, whatever it is; price/niche adjusted from the reply data; lanes continue at 5 h/week. ~Nov 10: ≥10 continuity invoices paid in one month = the $1k/month holds.
- Doc: every rate has source + year or reads unverified; the agents' disagreement is printed.
- Agreement: the plan is agreed only after he confirms the Timeline above.
Decisions taken with him, 2026-08-23 new — replaces the open questions
His answer: "whatever's best." Day 1 surfaces "flat fee, just make it work" briefs, landing pages, quiz funnels, Python/JS automations — no new skill, no delay. If the Aug 30 tripwire fires (20 out, 0 replies) the first fix is one evening on npx n8n so the radar can also surface n8n-specific briefs, the biggest pool on the boards. Claude Code writes the workflow JSON; he tests it locally.
Karma already exists, so DMs and comments work immediately; no 7-day warm. One [For Hire] post per 7 days, [Hiring]/[TASK] replies from the radar's drafts, PayPal G&S or 50% upfront only.
Sonnet 5 drafts, Haiku 4.5 scores. Security as built: the key is created by him in the Anthropic console with a monthly spend limit set there, and lives only at %APPDATA%\Signal\anthropic_key.txt — outside the workspace, never in a project folder, never over Telegram (the same rule as the bot token). The radar reads it at runtime; nothing on disk in C:\Users\BYJar\Desktop\workspace\ ever contains it. He pastes the key into the Claude Code terminal when the build reaches that step, not before.
One goal line, "$1k booked by Sep 10", first physical action "send reply #1 from today's drafts file". He dictates it at the Saturday goals pass; Signal writes nothing. The morning pass ranks it.
No open questions remain. Approval starts the build.
The plan in 30 seconds
- Sell: small web tools built by directing Claude Code. $149 Sprint (their PDF → self-grading quiz page, 48 h; preview Q1 live, rest blurred) · $497 Kit · board briefs at $450–650 fixed, in-band, mini-demo where it can genuinely run. Clients 1–3: built first, paid on release; direct #4+: 30/70. No hourly work.
- Free lane: 5 finished sample quizzes from hand-picked creators' public lessons, gifted with no ask — only creators who already sell a ≥$100 course to ≥2k people. Day 3: $348 Kit offer. Every sample ends in money or a named case.
- Where: n8n / Make / Skool job boards + Reddit + high-fit Upwork posts. All cold — your warm market stays untouched.
- Your work: a radar finds fresh posts and writes the reply drafts every 10 minutes → Telegram pings you → you edit one line and send (~10 min/day), plus one 3–4 h build evening per job, paid before it starts.
- Certain: you can't lose money; unpaid work is capped ~13 h and every unpaid piece becomes a portfolio case. Odds of the $1k by Sep 10: ~35–45%, stated, not sold.
- Goal: $1k booked by Sep 10 — ambitious, checkpoint not verdict, you keep going — then 10 clients × $99/month = $1k/month by ~Nov.
- Spend: ≈ $3/month API + ~$50 Upwork connects. Nothing else.
- Today: exactly one thing — a 20-minute hand reply to one live n8n board brief. I build the radar. Profiles, Looms, samples, and the n8n evening are Aug 26, after D10.
- Human rules: one pushed action a day, zero decisions in it; sends are the metric (9-in-10 silence is the base rate, not a verdict); a missed day costs nothing and gets no nag; planning is frozen — the plan changes only on reply data.
